EQUAL Assess duplicate sessions fix
We had an issue with EQUAL Assess where multiple sessions were being created for a single online feedback, which led to Assess struggling to create feedback. We have put some blocks in place to tighten things up, so we should have fewer issues with Assess going forward.

EQUAL Assess Key Areas for Development feedback to confirm I have met the criteria before any development advice
Equal Assess generates a Key Areas for Development section in the unit feedback. For learners who have passed, this section currently lists development points without first confirming the pass, which can read as though the learner failed even when all criteria were met. We have updated it so it confirms they have passed before it goes into developmental points.
