The EQUAL Dev team are planning a release on the 3rd October at 10pm. There is no expected downtime for this release.

New Features

Add additional deal type flags to projects

This adds a new deal type to the projects page, called "LSA Services provided by External - Delivery Until 1st Submission". To differentiate this from the previous setting, the previous setting has been renamed to "LSA Services provided by External - Full Delivery"

Make it easier to see site owners

Currently, it is not easy to see at a glance what the contact email is for a tenancy. This adds this information to the search page

Improvements to enrolment search

We now include the College Query field as a search option on the enrolment search

Improve "Invoice Required" field

This improves the value to be an explicit Yes / No question, so that we can track whether a learner needs to be invoiced or whether the decision has been made to not invoice this learner.

For Main EQUAL, this field will be required if the learner has been withdrawn.

Improve the display of the diagnostic assessment reports

• The document now has the TSN brand as a background image
• The scoring system is no displayed as a list of boxes instead of circles
• The order in which the questions are to be completed is now included in the report

Update the manual enrolment dropdowns

These dropdowns have traditionally been "standard" selects that have required scrolling through to find the specific course/project for that learner. This has now been updated to allow you to search for the right course/project.

Bug Fixes

• Correct an issue where External Verifiers couldn't access contact attachments
• Update the default Reset Password link to explicitly link to the correct site. This was updated in the past to refer to Main EQUAL for all learners, which caused confusion
