Equal Release (13th November)

The EQUAL Dev team are planning a release on the 13th November at 10pm. Downtime notices will be added to the site on the 10th November.

New Features

Bootcamps Manual Attendance Records.

We’ve begun work on the ability for Tutors to be able to deliver 1-2-1 sessions with their bootcamp learners. The first part of this comes with the ability to add manual attendance records to learner records. With this update, Tutors, Careers and LSA will be able to add records manually against a Live Learning Session.

Visual Audit History Pages

In this update, we’ve added Audit history pages to the Projects, Users and Course sections respectively. This will match the current functionality you can achieve on a learners ‘History’ tab where you can access the audit logs relevant to that learner.

Quality Lead

There is now the ability to set the quality lead on the learner's submission tab

Practice Labs Tracking

The system will now track whether a learner has accessed Practice Labs Content, primarily as a reporting driver

Site Courses Administration

Added a new role ‘Change Site Courses’ which will allow an admin readonly view of sites, with the ability to edit the courses for a site.

Bug Fixes

• Updated headers on Bootcamp pages to not produce CORS errors.
• Removed additional unrequired reporting frorm the reportusage functionality.
• Updated the TQUK API checks to make sure the jobs are run correctly.
• Added the ability for learners to be able to share their screen during Bootcamp live learning sessions.
