Equal Release (20th March)

The EQUAL Dev team are planning a release on Wednesday 20th March during the day. There is no expected downtime for this release.

New Features

Enable withdrawal emails to be sent to no show learners.

In this update, we’ve added a new site setting which will allow for withdrawal emails to be sent to learners who are withdrawn with withdrawal type ‘No-Show’. This will be available across tenancies as well as on the main Equal site.

Knowledge Assessment Questions

We’ve updated the enrolment process to Equal to include the Knowledge Assessment questions and learning outcomes for a bootcamp learner. This can be accessed on a learner’s ‘learner intent’ tab.

Specialist Roles for Tutors

We’ve added a new section to the edit Tutor page: Specialist Roles. This will add the ability for new roles to be created and associated with Tutors, initially set up with the LLDD role.

Minor Updates

• Added a new column to the cross site search table to show when a user last accessed the site.
• Added the withdrawal audit date and outcome to the enrolment search.
• Added the withdrawal audit date and outcome and fail reason to the enrolment search CSV download.
• Added a ‘Withdrawal Approved to Report’ input on Main Equal site.
