New Features

Updates to impersonation of learners

EQUAL allows some users to impersonate learners so we can see what issues that they're having and or other changes. Traditionally, this feature was only available through the Learner Search page. In this release, a new option will be added to the top of the Current Learner header which will allow you to impersonate the learner directly from their enrolment record. When you log-out as that learner, the system will then redirect you back to that learner page.

Future work may add additional impersonation targets, which will aid the development team with investigating issues.

Add save button to learner pages

The user experience of assessments can be confusing to a learner, where it's not clear what will trigger their answers to be saved. This release adds a specific "Save" button which a learner can click and be confident that their data has been saved.

The system will still save the data when moving between pages as before - this change just provides a slightly clearer user experience.
