The EQUAL Dev team are planning a release on the 20th September during the day. There is no expected downtime during this release.

New Features

Add ability to add guests as non-hosts for Bootcamps

Currently, all guests are are added to Live Learning Sessions as a "host". This release adds the ability for the guest to be added as a non-host (which will primarily meant that they need to knock to enter).

Careers and progression

This release adds the ability for people to track the careers and progression data for a learner. Similar to our existing retention team functionality, this adds the ability to say that a learner is "with" the careers and progression team and add contact history for that time that they've been referred to that team

Improve experience adding courses to tutors

Currently, the course list for tutors is a large list of checkboxes, and it is difficult to find the specific course that you want when setting up a tutor.

This release changes this to a searchable select box, which should improve the experience of adding courses to tutors.

Bug Fixes

• When adding a learner to a cohort manually the system would show an error page. This has been corrected
