New Features
Prevent duplicate tabs on assessments
For sites that have the feature enabled, this will prevent a learner from having the same assessment open in duplicate tabs. If they attempt to open it in another tab, the new tab is advised that they can't do this and it's redirected to home page whilst keeping the original tab in it's current assessment state.

Contact number advisory
If a site has their own contact number set and the learner tries to submit a unit but are withdrawn, the sites contact number is shown.

Internal
Hidden behind a feature flag, TurnItIn API key field and site setting has been added in preparation for adding it to Equal

Learner Contact timestamps have been added to the database, to support various other internal processes

Some refactoring of the code's file structure to help the dev team keep things consistent throughout the codebases
