New Features

LLDD

We have added a new tab to the learners section - LLDD. This is locked behind feature flag and site setting. With this functionality, admins will now be able to assign an LLDD advisor to an enrolment and add contact history relating to this. The LLDD admin will also have access to a confidential notes input where they can make specific feedback that can't be accessed by other admins. We also added the functionality to set a contact frequency for LLDD so admins can see the next due date.

Restrict Multiple Learning Tabs being open at the same time.

We released some functionality that blocks learners having more than one tab open at one time as this had been highlighted to cause a lot of problems with regards to learner answers being overwritten or deleted. This was released to a single site and in this release we are releasing it out to all sites. This should hopefully reduce reports of learners saying their answer was deleted.

Internal Only Updates

This section doesn't need to go to any customers - this is just for awareness inside the company, in case there are any problems reported.

Whereby Embed Classroom

Currently the new whereby web component was available to 1 in 20 learners picked randomly. This is now being updated so 1 in 2 (50%) of learners will access the new whereby web component.

Bulk Deletion of enrolments functionality.

We released recently some functionality to handle bulk deletion of enrolments. This was only accessible for one site initially and in this release we are updating it so that this can be done on any site.
