The Engineering team are planning an EQUAL release on the 22nd May 2025 at 12:30 PM.

New Features
LSF Initial Claim
A new editable date field appears in the learners course details, the update also adds this field as searchable to learner reports, and when exporting reports as CSV format.

Add Turnitin tab to moderator view
This feature adds a Turnitin information link to the moderator screen, now moderators can view Turnitin similarity report information for learner submissions.

Updates
Learner Callback Request Times
Updates the call centre availability for callback requests to reflect their latest working hours.

Tutor submissions now show Turnitin EULA declined date
This should update the tutors submission report tab to display if a learner has declined the Turnitin EULA (End User License Agreement) for a Turnitin similarity report and displays the date which it was declined.

Update to the LLDD ‘Adjustments Provided’
New options have been added to the LLDD Learner tab's adjustments provided selection.

Bugfixes
Cannot filter by project when exporting CSV
We fixed a bug which was causing the new optimised CSV export to ignore the project filter.

Internal Only Updates
Learner data retention removal
This update will enforce data that has fallen outside of our retention policy to be removed from EQUAL records. This is the latest step in our data retention policy implementation for EQUAL, and will be working gradually with monitoring to avoid any disruption to EQUAL.

Remove LLDD Feature Flag
We have removed the feature flag which LLDD options were locked behind for testing purposes, so these features will now be available by default.

Removed CSV Optimised Feature Flag
We have removed the feature flag for downloading enrolment search CSV reports, this should now be enabled by default.
