Engineering team are now smoke testing deployment

The EQUAL Dev team are continuing trialling multiple releases throughout our fortnightly sprint cycle. There is no anticipated downtime for any of these. Below is a summary of the work released

New Features
Enforce MFA for users on EQUAL Site
We've added a new site setting on EQUAL for enforcing MFA. This was highlighted during our Cyber Essentials audit and there are 2 new features - one for enforcing for Staff and one for enforcing for learners.

Internal Bug Fixes
Update site edit's handling of Managed Tenancy to not accidentally set the value.
There was a bug highlighted that could occur when editing EQUAL's site settings when updating the main EQUAL site that would end up setting the managed tenancy value causing unexpected behaviour. We highlighted the fix and that's now live.
